  1. This function provides a test of hypothesis using binomial means.
  2. Alpha is 100% - the confidence level (i.e. a confidence level of 90% is an alpha of .10).
  3. p is the percentage that you're testing against
  4. x is the number of successes in the trial.
  5. n is the number of tests in the trial.  x divided by n reveals p hat, the test statistic.
